OUR MISSION
"Every one of us can be an "agent of change." Every one of us has a specific skill set that can positively affect the world. All we need is the will and the support of others." -Anne Yarema, Founder
The Change Agents Initiative is a program focused on creating positive experiences with people of different abilities, races, and economic backgrounds. We want to foster a a safe and welcoming environment where students, parents and staff feel comfortable bringing their strengths and weaknesses in to the mix so we can support each other.
The foundation of this initiative centers on looking at those "Change Agents" that have come before us, and finding personal connection with the traits embodied in them; traits such as courage, education, empathy, and resilience. Everything we do revolves around a trauma informed educational mindset and a culture of mutual support. We are all about creating community and working to broaden our sphere of connection. This concept begins with our preschoolers and will continue all the way through high school.
Through Change Agents, we plan to provide opportunities for learning new perspectives and finding a mutual respect for our similarities and differences alike, while fostering an environment where our differences do not prevent us from working, playing, and learning together.
No family will be turned away due to financial issues, and those who ask will be provided funding/scholarships based on income.
WAYS WE HELP
Meaningful Work. Unforgettable Experiences.
CHANGE AGENT PRESCHOOL PODS, CAMPS AND CLASSES
We are excited to announce that Full Spectrum Student Services will be offering programs beginning in March for Preschool-Grade 12 students. Curriculum will be designed and run by educators. Stay Tuned!
POWER PARENT SUPPORT GROUPS AND IEP CONSULTATION
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with all of our current challenges. Whether it be the isolation felt due to COVID 19, challenges of raising a child with a special need, an IEP consult, or just needing a safe space; we aim to provide a fun place to meet others on the same journey.
PRIVATE TUTORING, READING INTERVENTION CONSULTATION, AND ART
Full Spectrum currently offers private tutoring (Prek-12) and ACT/SAT courses, in-home, by Zoom link, or at our Wadsworth location. Art classes will be available on Fridays and throughout the year. If your child is struggling with reading, we can schedule a consult.
A "TRAUMA INFORMED" LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
We respect the physical boundaries of children, encourage them to express and regulate their feelings in healthy ways, and provide consistency in procedures and routines.

"This is a time for bold measures. This is the country, and YOU are the generation."
